Convenient location, good service, but the room facilities are just average. If you come with friends or family, it's okay, but if you come with your partner, I think it's not suitable.

This hotel is in good location. Food is good. Garden and gym is also good. But receptionist staff to be more educated like. We were given key of our room and asked you may go to room by finding your own. Without any supporting or assistant staff. But we never seen such type of behavior in other like hyatt. Ibis. Or elsewhere.

Make my 訂房網站 provided me with a seamless booking for hotel mountview, chandigarh. It was a perfect place to stay in this mud rainy september to enjoy the late monsoon in the lush green lawns of the hotel. Overall had a cool and cosy, laid back-comfortable weekend.

I was staying with family on 14 sept 2024 in executive room, room was stinking, bed was infected with bed bugs, and ordered dinner in room food quality in dinner and breakfast was pathetic. Compromised in food quality. It was worst experience. Its a request kindly improve in services.

I stay for 2 days with my mother and i pay almost for 5star room it was not, door of the room was not properly locked i told them and they told its like this only even they don't think that they should change room they dont, then i ordered food and room service staff behaviour was in attitude like i ask him for mutton has smell he react like in bad mood sometimes its smell just to confer m i ask him he was like why smell its mutton no smell in bad mood he says. Very bad stay better to stay in small hote than this atleast they listen you.

Rooms bathroom was not clean and properly checked before allotting us water in taps was not clean so we couldn't had a bath at morning and after complaining there was no response from management

Pathetic service. Hotel means hospitality and this is only thing missing in the hotel. Property is good but service is very poor which will ruin your whole experience. Mm t should duelist this hotel.
